AirPods disconnecting continuously during whatsapp or botim calls

My AirPods disconnecting continuously during calls specially on whatsapp or botim calls, audio or video.

Using iOS 16.4 iphone 14 Pro Max.

I changed and buy new Airpods, changed my Iphone as well,

I get away from other bluetooth devices still the problem is there.

Went to apple store to check for any errors in software or hardware nothing.

Reset my phone and download every application individually.

For alternate now i buy android samsung S22 ultra because i have no choice left.
