Apple Music won’t stop playing song

I never use Apple Music but the other day I looked up a song for my girlfriend and now I can’t get Apple Music to stop playing it every time I get in my car. I turned off autoplay, and repeat yet it still continues to play. I have even let the song play fully hoping once it played it would stop. Yet the next time I got in my car the song started again. How can I get Apple Music to stop playing?
