I am experiencing problems with third party audio plugins on FCPX.
Final Cut crash and disconnects continuously sound plugins from Crumple Pop (Audio Denoise AI and Wind Remover).
Is there a way to solve this?

What is the format of your external SSD now? It should be APFS. If it is/was exFAT or FAT32 that can cause strange issues with FCP.

Also, I just read that CrumplePop was sold to BorisFX.
There's only one member here that I'm aware of that can make sense of Crash Reports, @joema, so hopefully he see this. You may need to upload the entire crash report because it says Thread 78 crashed but the report is cut off at Thread 49.
There have been several reports here of AU plugin problems with 13.3.1. You might try temporarily removing all AU plugins and see if FCP launches.
A lot of people have reported issues with audio in 13.3.1. Do you still have the problem if the effects are disabled?
The developer telling you to contact Apple isn't helpful. I believe that 13.3.1 is a security release and so never went through the beta program.
They told me to contact apple...
Apple told me to format my external SSD drive (making first a back up of the project) to see if that helps.
I will know more in a few days once I back up a 3,2TB project, format my SSD external hard drive, and back it all again to see in FCPX works fine this time.
Have you contacted the developer?
Even after formatting the external SSD Drive, the problem persist.
My FCPX keeps on crashing after I open any project or compound clip...
Its frustrating because I have to deliver a Documentary that I have worked in for the last 6 months!
That was exactly the case, That is why I am formatting it and making a back up.
