Why won’t iPhone connect to my PC outlook files?

New iPhone 14 Pro does not sync with Outlook 2010 I just upgraded from iPhone 6s to 14 Pro. Apple’s setup process for a new phone transferred all my data and settings to the new phone flawlessly. But iTune does not sync the new phone with Microsoft Outlook 2010 Calendar and Contacts. The iPhone 6s continues to sync contacts and appointments fine but iPhone 14 Pro does not. All settings for the phones are identical. iCloud is NOT used for this sync on either phone. What do I need to do to make it work?

itunes won't sync calendar and contacts from pc to iPhone 14 pro max iTunes no longer works when syncing contacts and calendars from my pc to iPhone 14pro max. It backs up fine, but sync hangs up and won't complete.
