Momentary pop up warning system is infected

I'm using a 2020 MacBook Air M1, OS13.2.1. These pop-ups appear momentarily and then disappear. I'm currently in Mexico which is probably why they're in Spanish. One says "The Mac OS system is infected! Choose an action to restore the system." The other says "Gmail alert: the account has .... Remove virus" Any suggestions on what's causing them and how to stop them from happening? Thanks!

As of Friday April 7, 2023 - Apple has released yet another update to Ventura bringing it to Version 13.3.1

As the user says " I'm using a 2020 MacBook Air M1, OS13.2.1. "

It would worth updating as it brings some Bug and Security Fixes
