Today I updated to Ventura 13.3.1. Since then I have lot of connection trouble. I wish I get back to the previous version or reload this OS. How to do it ?

Have you shut down and restarted more than once since you "updated?"
No resolve— a SafeBoot How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support will sort many anomalies.
Does a quick disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, including dynamic loader cache, font cache, etc., third party system modifications and system accelerations are disabled.
Login and test. Reboot as normal and test. Caches get rebuilt automatically.
third party extensions etc are not loaded in this safe boot mode ...

My iMac Ventura 13.3.1 (Update yesterday and not working properly) refuse to restart in Safe mode ! It continues to restart in normal mode. There is a way to force it ?
***if you have a wireless keyboard with rechargeable batteries connect the charging cable before booting to Safe Mode.
This will make it act as a wired keyboard and will result in a successful Safe Boot mode.
