If you're stuck at an Activation Lock screen on your iPhone, you may have a few options to remove it.

First, see if you can recall your Apple ID and then if need be, reset your password. Your Apple ID will usually be an email address, not necessarily an @iCloud.com one, it could be any email address you used to sign up for Apple's services. If you have multiple devices, it is likely your Apple ID is currently signed into one of them. You can see how to check both on other devices and the web to find your Apple ID here:

After locating your Apple ID, if you also don't recall your password, that can be reset as well via one of the following means:
