Hi! From 2023 approximately my Eufy cameras seems like are not working correctly about notifications and recordings. Everything are set as before but actually only have a previews when Im not there. Im reading a lot of users having the same issue, people reinstalled, erased and added again but seems there is not a solution for now. So I don’t know. Maybe anyone can send us help? Thank you :)

I have noticed in the past week that I need to restart the Eufy Homebase 2 every morning. It seems to stop recording and notifying me of motion it records. The simple act of rebooting the homebase seems to resolve it. Today I have removed the cameras and re-added them. Hopefully that will address the issue. I will post the results tomorrow.
Well. Re-adding the home base and cameras to home did not help the situation. Still all cameras periodically do not record or notify events. The red light on the cameras do not come on when I am in front of the cameras.
Then at some point later it will begin to work again. I am getting no warnings or errors that the cameras go offline or come back online.
the Eufy app still notifies and records of events it detects. So cameras are working. Just seems like Apple hub or iCloud is dropping the ball here.
and yes this issue began with the iOS 16.4 home kit architecture change.
Seems like are working again. I’ve to test it next days leaving home. All the settings are the same. Nothing changed.
