Why can’t I play my Apple Music on this iPad?

Thanks for choosing the Apple Support Communities. We see you cannot play Apple Music on your iPad. To start, what does the exact error say? We have a few things you can check.


  1. Make sure you are signed in using the same Apple ID that has the subscription. - Sign in to iCloud on all your devices - Apple Support
  2. Test on different networks. If you have another Wi-Fi network or access to cellular data, test on each connection.
