Just now i made payment to upgarde my i cloud storage. My payment was successful but i cloud storage was not upgraded by apple

If you purchased an upgrade to iCloud but don't have access to your upgraded storage, you'll want to reach out to Apple Support directly to look in to that and see what's going on.
