Create a Shortcut (App) to Open Files and Navigate to folder

IT IS POSSIBLE...

I saw this as a question from November 2022. Sadly the user NelsC7 provided false feedback and stated that this was not possible at the time. It has been possible for a while, most certainly since NelsC7 supplies their answer.

To do this, add a Folder action and select the folder level you would like to go to.

Next, add a 'Select File' action. This pulls in the folder information you selected previously. Set the 'Select Files' action to open 'Folder' (the previous action in the shortcuts script) in 'Files' (the app you want it to open in).

Hope this helps folks. The shortcuts app is not very intuitive and definitely takes some learning to get the right processes down for setting up the shortcuts you need.
