Charging stops just a few seconds after been charged

Anyone else having a problem with their phone’s battery charging. Mine charges and stops, I’ve changed charging cable and used a wireless charger yet the error still persists. I’ve done a hard reset/reboot. Battery health is currently on 83 %. I’m using a iPhone 11 Pro. Has anyone else experienced this issue and how did you resolve?
