How to send text message to android

Having trouble sending photo text thru to Android phone.

Sending photos using text messages to Android requires using MMS Messaging.

MMS requires both the following:

Settings > Messages > MMS Messaging = "on"
Permission to use MMS under your cellular plan. This may cost extra.
