We are not Apple but rather other end users. From this Apple article:

Returns & Refunds - Shopping Help - Apple

we only know that Apple has a 14-day "no-questions-asked" return policy for items, but only if your bought directly from Apple through their web store or an Apple retail store.

If you bought from another seller, you fall under their return policy.
