Copy Vertical labels and Paste in a horizonal Row

Is there any way in Numbers to copy a vertical group of cells and then paste them horizontally?

I think this is called Transposing in Excel and I cannot find any way to do this in Numbers.

Thanks ...

Click any cell to activate the table.

Click 'Table' in the menu bar to open that menu.

Choose "Transpose Rows and Columns.

Select and copy the labels, now in a horizontal row.

In the Table menu, choose the Transpose… item to return the table to it's original orientation.

Paste the copied labels into the row where you want them.

Select the original labels (in column A). Press Delete to remove them, then insert the labels you want in that column.

Stop at whichever step in these instructions completes the change you want.

Barry
