Where is all location history?

When I select significant locations, it shows one place, and 180 record button is greyed out, or won’t let me select. How to change or fix that?
When I select significant locations, it shows one place, and 180 record button is greyed out, or won’t let me select. How to change or fix that?
AFAIK, Apple doesn’t display a list of the location history, and doesn’t allow its export, past showing the most recent activity, and a few frequently-visited locations. Apple had displayed more in earlier versions, but has reduced that. Right now, I see one entry in my history; the most recent.)

Where have you Used this Device?:
Seems it been where it's been, and hasn't gone anywhere else. Has your iPhone always been in the same location? This is all based on an IP address, and that I why it is being seen where it is being seen.
