Logitech doorbell camera with HomeKit

When my Logitech circle view camera was first installed, I was able to view live feed and recordings with my iPhone and iPad. I updated my iPhone 13 to iOS 16.4 and I am now not able to view the live feed from Homekit. I can view the recordings but when I go to 'live' in Homekit it says the camera is not responding. I have not updated my iPad yet, and I am able to still see the 'live' feed on the iPad. I'm afraid to update the iPad as I don't know if the update is the problem. Any solution?
