Hello Sirluks, thank you for asking a question on Apple support community.

My name is Noah and I will be assisting you today.

I see that you were having trouble with some contacts showing up as blocked. The first thing you would want to put into consideration is that if somebody would be going on your phone and blocking the contacts that are showing up blocked. If that’s not the case, then check and see if you are running the latest version of iOS. If you don’t know how to check first you want to go into the Settings app on your phone. Then click general followed by software update. If it says you’re up-to-date then this is not the problem. If there is an update available scroll down to see if there is another one. You want to download the latest version. The higher the number the later.

You will also want to unblock the contacts that have been blocked. To do this in messages go to a blocked contact and tap there name at the top of the screen. Then click info and you may need to scroll down to click the blue button that says unblock this caller once you press that it will unblock the caller.

After a week or so if you noticed that contacts are still being blocked, then take it to a Apple store or an authorized apple Genius Bar.

Hope this helps!!!

Noah
