If you're unable to see the HomeKit option in the Aqara app when setting up your Aqara N200 smart door lock, there are a few steps you can try:

  1. Make sure your Aqara N200 is compatible with HomeKit. Check the product specifications and make sure that it supports HomeKit.
  2. Check that your iPhone and Aqara N200 are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. HomeKit devices require both the iPhone and the device to be connected to the same Wi-Fi network to work properly.
  3. Ensure that your Aqara N200 is updated to the latest firmware. Open the Aqara app, go to "Profile" > "Settings" > "Check for firmware updates" and update if available.
  4. Try resetting your Aqara N200. You can do this by pressing and holding the reset button on the lock for 5 seconds until the LED flashes yellow, then release the button. Wait for the LED to turn off, then press and hold the reset button again for 2-3 seconds until the LED flashes blue. The lock should now be reset to factory settings.
  5. Try resetting your HomeKit configuration. Go to the "Home" app on your iPhone, tap on "Home" icon in the upper-left corner, then select "Home Settings". Scroll down and tap "Reset HomeKit Configuration". Note that this will remove all your HomeKit devices from your home and you will need to set them up again.
  6. Make sure that you have the latest version of iOS. Check for any software updates by going to "Settings" > "General" > "Software Update" and install any available updates.

If none of these steps work, you may want to contact Aqara support for further assistance.
