My macbook 14 pro have a backlash on one side of the back cover. I bought it new, in one of UK premium apple resellers. This problem was from the first day and till today. I think it can not be the battery for sure (95% battery health). I think it can be the clips or something like this. Maybe somebody had this problem too?

If you think you have an issue —take it in over the counter for hands on assistance—
it would be consider hardware...
