Hello ~ We need more details in order to assist. Did you purchase a new iPhone or is it a second hand. You have mentioned an iPhone 13 Pro Max that’s why I am asking . Is it activation locked to previous owner? Can you get in touch with them? Post back with some answers and we will go from there.
