Ghost notifications

Hello, so I used to have 297 ghost notifications, where in reality I have no unread messages. I’ve backed up and reset my phone, got a new phone, force restarted and tried everything the internet has to offer. Now I have 191, as the only fix I have found is to ask Siri to read unread messages, and tell her no when she asked if I want to reply, one at a time. This takes forever and is really annoying. Does anyone else have a fix for removing ghost notifications? Apple support has not been able to help either, they have no idea why they are there
