Mobile Legend Negative Diamond Refund

Apple service please help me and fix this issue, i didn't do a refund diamonds But, Moonton send me in-game mail that I bought diamonds illegally and took 13710 diamonds from my account.

Please investigate and return my diamonds that should NOT have been automatically deducted
