I purchased a Facebook add and paid using apple service on 15th of August 2024 and the time was 13:58 according to Pakistan time, it was PKR 718 but I got charged twice. I want my money back.

Sometimes duplicate charges happen and one of them will fall off in a few days.
If it does not, you can dispute this charge with your card carrier.
