I want a refund

Today I made a purchase it from the from an app on my iPhone 11 Pro Max. The charge was for $14.99. I went back to my mobile app bank with Chase Bank and to my shock, there are two other charges that I did not buy or approve. The charges are as such. $4.99 and $.99. I want these pending transactions put back into my account or on Monday. I will call my bank and speak to the fraud department.
