We have an Apple TV 4K. Can we display the history of tvOS updates for this device?

Hi Rudegar. Thanks for the reply and for directing us to the Settings->System to find the tvOS release. We just did a factory reset (without updates) so we're surprised to find that our Apple TV is at tvOS 16.4 (20L497). We thought a factory reset would regress the tvOS release level to the level on the device when we originally bought it. Also, in regards to the software update history, we wanted to see a display of the dates when each tvOS release was installed on the device since we have been using it. The link you provided shows me the releases but does not indicate the dates when they were released. On our PCs we can display the installation update history. Does the Apple TV support this kind of display? Thanks!
