iTune Backup Too Large

I'm trying to restore from the backup I stored in iTune windows but it's 60.7 gb and my phone has only 65 gb of storage. So after factory reset, my iphone only has 53 gb free storage, the rest is taken by ios system file. What can I do here? The most important thing in the backup are imessages which are not backup by icloud.

reatore from itunes backup but its bigger than my iphone storage I backed up my iphone to windows itunes and my data was 150GB something and i have 256GB iphone storage but when itunes took backup it shows 270GB of backup data and when i tried to restore that backup is says you have not enough storage in your iphone so how can i restore that backup or if it’s not possible than i want just my photos and videos but how?

My iPhone 14 1TB can no longer back up to my Mac mini M2 because "not enough free space is available on this Mac" iPhone 14 1TB storage. 2023 Mac mini M2 256GB storage. Trying to back up my phone I now get the message "not enough free space is available on this Mac". What is the official work around for this problem?
