Can you explain why you feel that someone is "mirroring" your iPhone 14?

Your iCloud data can be accessed by someone else if your Apple ID and Password have been compromised. I recommend that the first that you do is to change the password to your Apple ID by opening Settings ➡️ Apple ID (Your Name at Top) ➡️ Password & Security ➡️ Change Password.

You can also check for and remove any strange/unknown device listed under your Apple ID by opening Settings ➡️ Apple ID (Your Name at Top) ➡️ Scroll down and examine the listed devices.
