My son spilled a drink on his MacBook air. It still works but two keys got stuck. Her removed the keys and we can't get them back on. Is it worth taking the laptop to the genius bar to get fixed?

He should have it inspected at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Center. Just expect the repair to be significant
I don't know but I think you might be better off taking it to an authorized repair service person. I'm not sure if the Apple people get into physical repair issues.
