Faulty hardware: iPhone 13 Pro with white screen

I purchased two iPhone's 13 Pro (on the same day and at the same Apple shop) in November 2021, consequently both having an expired warrenty. A couple of weeks ago, in late March 2023, one of them presented the white screen problem, which could not be fixed after many failed attempts of "hard reset"..thus implying that the problem was not software related, but rather hardware. Mind you, these phones are taken extremely good care of, since i'm aware of how costly the parts and repair services are. I have been an apple customer for the past 10+ years and never had a previous problem, so i went to an authorized apple repair shop and immediately got the lcd screen replaced. However, much to my dismay, one week later.. my second phone presented the exact same problem!! So now i am forced to pay for a second repair!! This is an absurd and can't be a mere coincidence? With the amount i will have to disburse for both repairs, it's enough to get me a new phone from a different brand! I have seen on this forum that there are numerous complaints from customers that are facing or have faced this same white screen issue on their iPhone 13. So the question remains... How many customers is Apple willing to forfeit before they open an investigation on devices, manufactured between a specific time frame and decide whether a service program should be created for iPhone 13 Pro/ Max regarding the white screen issue. I have contacted the apple service and support number for my country, however there is no solution to this problem; and what guarantee do I have that my complaint is actually being taken forward to the technical department?

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 16
