Re: "My notes app got accidentally deleted ... ... Can it be restored?"

Wondering if it is possible that it was the Notes app icon that got accidentally deleted from the Home Screen, leaving the Notes app still available in the App Library.

If the Notes app still appears in the App Library, you can likely open it from there. and / or add it back to the Home Screen.

Else:

You can restore the Notes App if needed:

(I don't think the original notes will be available there ... I could be wrong.)

Delete built-in Apple apps from your iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch - Apple Support

says:

"Restore a built-in app that you deleted

    1. On your iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch, go to the App Store.
    2. Search for the app. Make sure that you use the exact name of the app.
    3. Tap the Redownload button .
    4. Wait for the app to restore, then open it from your Home Screen".

The work notes could still be available on iCloud, if used.

If you use iCloud, Apple Support has an article online that tells how to look in the "Recently Deleted" folder... you may find, and recover, your notes there ..

If you're missing notes on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

All the best :-)
