I deleted my notes app, can I still retrieve it back?
I deleted my Notes app by mistake and when I checked my Files folder, there is no notes in there.

Have you checked the App Library for the app? Swipe from you home screen from right to left until you arrive at the App Library. If the app is there, you can put it back on your home screen. If the app is not there and you did really delete the app, you can download it again from the App Store, but your notes may be gone.
