its saying my iphone isn’t eligible for apple care even when i put in my apple id and the serial number

If this the iPhone 11 in your tag line, probably because it's no longer eligible for it.


You have 60 days from the date of purchase from Apple or an Apple Authorized reseller to get Apple Care+.


Apple has not sold an iPhone 11 since last year when they were discontinued. So no current iPhone 11 would at this point be eligible for Apple Care+ at this point.
