Hello, whenever i go into my device info it says iPhone XS and below it ,it says This is iPhone 14 Pro. I tried changing it from General > About > Name, but it didnt work.

If you change it in Settings/About/Device Name it should remember the new name. You need to change it and then back out of About.
That looks like 2 Settings pages that were combined. The top block is from Settings/General/About and the rest is from Settings after you tap on your name at the top.
Nah they are just 2 screenshots and they look like they are a one screen thing is on device info it says iPhone XS even though i changed it in general > about > device name
