Delete transactions in Apple wallet
Can transactions be deleted from wallet in iPhone

Wallet shows your last 10 transactions. You can only remove the transactions by deleting your Apple Pay card. After that, you can add it again and all your previous transactions will be deleted from the overview.
You delete your Apple Pay card here:
Settings → Wallet & Apple Pay → tap on your card and scroll to the bottom and select Remove Card.
