I am trying to download an app but it’s been “stuck” waiting for a long time. How can I get the app to download. Turning my iPad off and back on did not work either.
In rare circumstances the download and installation of Apps can appear to stall.
Try a long-touch (i.e., touch and hold) of any App that appears to be stuck; next select Prioritise Download. This will usually kick-start and complete the App installation process.
