eSim activation failed I changed carrier. Went through the esim activation when prompted. New carrier is not working. Can I start the eSim process over? If not, do I need to contact the carrier or Apple Support.

Unlocked iPhone won’t activate esim Basically ive tried reset network setting and everything it won’t activate my network, it worked before. It stopped working randomly I’ve contacted my carrier and they tried everything and eventually asked me to delete esim and re do it so I did and it still does not work. Now I scan it and keeps telling me to try again, I also checked imei it says iPhone 54.0 for carrier what even is that…. [Image Edited by Moderator to Remove Personal Information]
