Random Virus-Like Minecraft and Other Files and on my iPhone

I went to download something from a untrusted website about a couple of months ago and it started to download a bunch of other random things on my phone. It tried to hid from me by not showing up in normal files but in iCloud. I don’t know if it’s a virus or something like that taking my personal information. So I need help to see if it’s dangerous and how I can get rid of it. Also I tried to delete some of it and it just duped back on it. There are some pictures below so you can see a bit of it (there are like over 200 of these files).
