is applewatch support ecg in bangladesh ?

I’m a user of Apple watch ultra as well as a iPhone 13 Pro Max. I’m 60 years of old and I need to monitor my health condition and that is why I bought a Apple ultra from New York and brought it to Bangladesh. It’s very important to see the ECG report continuously in my watch and I expected that but alas when I activated the ECG monitor system the watch sending a message that it’s not supposed my area in Bangladesh.

so my request to the Apple authorities to activate the ECG in our area. Hope the authorities will consider the matter.

ECG is

viewed as a medical device which mean it require official approval from the

government of a country before it's legal for apple to offer


these are the countries which has provided with said approval so far

watchOS - Feature Availability - Apple

 

ECG

implies that citizens' medical data be stored by a foreign third-party company

without individual approval by the government of said country, and that is not

something all countries feel comfortable with.
