Trouble updating to macOS 13.3.1.
I cannot update to macOS 13.3.1. The error message is "Failed to personalize the software update. Please try again." The internet connection is working on my other devices., e.g., iPad.

thanks for the suggestions. Apple support came through. Had to go to library folder and delete and apple software updater plist file and next install worked. all good

Try to move to bin the Ventura application/installer before updating to the latest version.

So I guess I don't need the macOS 13.3???

Same here with several MacBooks. Who else is facing this and any ideas for a solution ? Restart doesnt help. Devices are on 13.2.1 as well. Thanks
I have a M1 mini. I have run the update from 13.2.1. to 13.3.1 and nothing. My system still shows it is 13.2.1 and that chelatest update is yet to be installed.
