I recently tried to upgrade my 2019 27in Imac 5k from 8gb Ram to 64Gb. I order two 2x32Gb sticks from Crucial, inserted them in every configuration imaginable, but the system would not recognize them. I reinstalled the original 2x4Gb sticks and everything worked fine. Does anyone know of an issue with using 2x32Gb sticks in order to get 64Gb ram?

Forget RamJet, I'd choose OWC.
I don't know if it's the manufacturer. Both Crucial and OWC have very good reputations. But I would try OWC.
Thanks. I tried the 2x32 from Crucial...do you think it's the manufacturer? Crucial vs. OWC vs. Ramjet? I'm trying not to troubleshoot using the "buy/return" method. Thanks again.
Yeah, I was thinking of trying OWC, since I've already tried Crucial. Ramjet seems a little more expensive.
