I have tried to cancel the heart healthy program I tried the same day I ordered in error was to get it for 3 days at no charge I do NOT want this please help me with this Again I do NOT want this

Limbos: First I would like to thank you for your help Now I don’t think I’m a stupid person however reading ur reply I feel like I’m going around in circles it’s like do this ,then this & then your told BUT b4 u do this do this

First confirm you have canceled any subscription automatic renewal (if you simply delete an app this does not cancel subscriptions):


Review the information in this support article by clicking on the link to learn how to cancel a subscription from Apple. ➔ If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

• "If you signed up for a free or discounted trial subscription and you don't want to renew it, cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends."

• An existing subscription will normally continue until the end of its term and may then renew automatically. Stopping automatic renewal is effectively canceling it. "If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, then the subscription is already canceled and won't renew." The "Expires" date means the current subscription will just run until then.

• Read the article to see what to do about subscriptions that do not appear in your list. If you still can't find a subscription, contact Apple Support using the link at the end of the support article.

• Canceling a subscription does not automatically start a refund. If you want to do that:

Remember, all we know is what you tell us. We have to base our initial responses on what you tell us in your first post. What happens when you try to cancel the subscription? What makes you think the subscription is still active? If you were charged, ask for a refund. Apple can't cancel the charge, they can only refund it if you ask for it, and even then they may refuse. They have their own criteria they do not share with us.


Also remember that we do not work for Apple. We are just everyday Apple products users like yourself. We can do nothing other than advise you about things to try yourself.
