How to remove "Allow this device to access photos and videos" notice

When I plug my phone into my computer that uses Windows, I always get the message "Allow this device to access photos and videos". Can this notice be removed? I'm using iOS 16.3.1 on an iPhone 12. This question was asked two years ago but the answer was only applicable for connecting to a Mac.

Thanks for trying to resolve. I'm just trying to prevent the notice from popping up every time I connect to my computer. It seems like there should be an option for the iphone to recognize the same computer and allows it to trust without me telling it 10 times a day to trust. I use it as my charger at work. Maybe it would be better for me to get an AC charging box.

First, connect your iPhone to a PC with a USB cable that can transfer files.

  1. Turn your phone on and unlock it. Your PC can't find the device if the device is locked.
  2. On your PC, select the Start button and then select Photos to open the Photos app.
  3. Select Import > From a USB device, then follow the instructions.
