strange numbers linked to identityservicesd

I'm having problems with unwanted remote access and would like to ask about something I found.

Analyzing some files, I found in the identityservicesd plist the record of many phone numbers linked to the services

com.apple.madrid

com.apple.ess

com.apple.private.alloy.phonecontinuity

com.apple.private.ac

com.apple.private.alloy.screensharing.qr

com.apple.private.alloy.thumper.keys

com.apple.private.alloy.screensharing

com.apple.private.alloy.nearby

After i discover, file was encrypted.

I think it's important to state that I'm being blackmailed and my devices have been compromised by remote access, I don't know how, just see things moving, files appears ou disappear and a lot of phishing.

But now I would like to know about these services, what are they and what do these linked numbers mean if I have never used facetime, games or anything shared with anyone.
