Apple Pay payment not completed

Dear Apple Support,


I am currently testing Apple Pay using the Sandbox environment, and I am experiencing an issue when attempting to use the following test payment card:


Card Number: 3717 377570 42005

Expiration Date: 02/2024

CID: 1111


When I attempt to make a payment using this card, I receive an error message stating that "Payment not Completed".


I would greatly appreciate your help in troubleshooting this issue so that I can continue to test Apple Pay without any problems. Please let me know if there are any known issues with using the Sandbox environment or if there are any additional steps I can take to resolve this issue.
