removing lines

I set up my page so that I have 4 categories along the top and have various times running down the side and it's all in a grey and white table. How to I remove the table please?

With the table selected, visit the Table tab in the right sidebar and change Table Outline to None. Click the first two Gridlines buttons to hide row and column lines. And finally, deselect Alternating Row Color if that was the original table theme you selected. Now you have table data but no table outline or gridlines.
