Runaway process using large amount of CPU

I'm getting a lot of beach balling -I know I have a vintage MAC AIr(losing battery count, SSD capacity ) but this runaway process has been there a long time( quite a few years); I don't know what it's called so I can't find it.It's utilizing a lot of cpu.I have downloaded the free version of Malwarebytes after reading a few questions answered here but it doesn't seem to be that.I would like to see if I can stop this runaway process.Any help appreciated.

That’s because you are using an ancient, discontinued, and unsupported version of EtreCheck. If you download any version of EtreCheckPro it will tell you what that process is. I can’t give you the link though. That would be considered advertising. Sorry.
