How to cancel AppleCare for new iPhone?

I just bought a new iPhone Promax 14 and pay 1 month fee for the package Apple care. 

The sale man  instructed me if I don’t want to continue  the Apple care for next month then I should go to Apple care / manage plan to adjust it. But when I access the manage tab, there is announcement as the attachment  below. 

How can I cancel the package for next month?

I would either take it back to the store and get them to correct the issue (sometimes if you do not remember your Apple ID they will issue with a new one and you need to pay attention to that), or see if you can do this with a phone call:

To update your information contact Apple Support by phone. Tell the advisor that you need help with your Apple Limited Warranty or AppleCare plan.

Here’s what you need when you call:

- Your AppleCare agreement number

- The device serial number

- Your sales receipt

Did another person buy this for you? Do you have a second ID?


Refer to this document for ways to contact Apple --> Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support

Select your country (also look for "other" regions), then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

The sale man in the Apple Store did all the stuff and I charged the credit card. I only have 1 Apple ID.

After paying I receive my iPhone and I got the email with the receipt for the phone and 1 month Apple care package.

I told the sale man that I just want 1 month Apple care then he said if I don’t want to extend the package just go to the manage plan and cancel it but what I see is so different to the guide on the internet.

i wonder as if the sale man installed to my correct Apple ID ?
