My apple watch shows that the time is 5 hours earlier than it is. How do I change this?

Your Apple Watch should follow the time and time zone of its paired iPhone. Check the Time and Date setup on your iPhone, and make sure it is on Auto (from network) and time zone for wherever you are in the world.
