I love Hide My Email, but I'm wondering if I can reply from this address somehow, so that the other party won't find my real address.

This will help many and is almost what I was looking for.
Currently my iCloud email address is forwarded to a different email address. If I want to reply from the Hide My Email account, then I probably should stop forwarding my iCloud email address.
I'm going to stop forwarding my iCloud email address from now on, then I can reply from that Hide My Email address without any issues.
